Day 22

A Day to Wuhan Zoo

Today is results day and a public holiday for China as the day before was Mid-Autumn Festival. Almost everyone woke up at 9am to check their results, some even earlier. As for me, i would say yes i did improve but i am not very satisfied with the grades itself. Alright enough of results, i had "Tang Bao" which is called "Xiao Long Bao" in Singapore for breakfast. It tastes really awesome that i find that it's even better than Crystal Jade ones. It only costs me 3 RMB for 8 tang bao:) After breakfast, a group of us went to the zoo. We took a straight bus from outside the school to save on cab fare. The zoo was located at HanYang and the bus journey there was rather long. Finally, we reached our destination. The entrance ticket costs 20 RMB each and there we go beginning our journey in the zoo:)

Back from the zoo, we went to play badminton, volleyball and run. It's healthy lifestyle, and we must exercise everyday to burn away those fats that we gained from those oily food.

We had the best dinner throughout our stay here in Wuhan till now!! Mr Puah, our lecturer COOKED for us. DUCK PORRIDGE!!! It's damn zai:)really...Love it..THANK YOU MR PUAH (p.s.thanks for telling yuting and i those stories..so interesting:p)

Welcome to Wuhan Zoo:)

This is something Singapore don't have:) A Albino Bear.. Cool right...lol

Don't you think this is cute??

What i don't like about this zoo is that they caged up all the animals. At least Singapore zoo allows their animals to move freely. Here, the animals smells and look so sickly. Even for lions like this, it is caged up. Look how letargic the lion is..Sorry that i have to say this:(

This is a newspaper cut out from Wuhan Zao Bao saying that there is one lion and a dog and both of them are friends:) Here in the zoo, the lion and the dog are caged up together:p Cute right lol...

Xiao Xiong Mao:) It is quite fortunate as it is one of the animals in the zoo that is kept in air-con room:) But it looks quite sad maybe cos it was moved away from it's Szechuan home due to the recent earthquake:(

Giant Panda:)There are a total of 2 pandas here in Wuhan zoo and all the others are dispersed into different parts of China due to the deathly SzeChuan earthquake:( Both look quite sad as well;maybe cos they miss home...

Mr Puah cooking duck porridge for us:) Thank you so much!!
